Instant Pot Nantucket Cranberry Pie
Combine cranberries, chopped pecans (or walnuts), and sugar in a greased 7-inch pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, egg, and egg yolk.

Add melted butter, vanilla and almond extracts, and mix until smooth.

Add flour and salt.

Mix just until combined.

Batter will be thick!

Spoon batter onto cranberry mixture.

Spread the batter so it covers the cranberries.

Cover pan with a paper towel and aluminum foil, crimping the edges tightly.

Pour a cup of water into the Instant Pot.

Use a foil sling to lower the pan onto the trivet in the Instant Pot and pressure cook that pie!

Allow to cool completely, so the center will set.

Serve inverted to display the lovely cranberry and pecan mixture!
