Instant Pot Peach Jam
Remove the pits from peaches. No need to peel them!
Chop the peaches.
Use a food processor to coarsely chop the peaches.
Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in the Instant Pot
Stir to combine well.
Pressure cook, then simmer uncovered to thicken, until jam sticks to a cold spoon.
Ladle into jars and cool before refrigerating.
