Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.

Divide crumbs among the wells of the mold, using your fingers to tamp down the mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add egg and mix just until combined. Don’t overmix!

Use a plastic bag with the corner cut off to squeeze filling into prepared crusts.

In a separate bowl, combine beaten egg with corn syrup, brown sugar, and pecans.

Mix well to combine.

Spoon pecan mixture over cheesecake filling.

Add water to insert pot. Cover mold tightly with foil and use a foil sling to lower onto trivet.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes, followed by a natural release of pressure. Remove mold and foil. Cool.
