Prepare crust by combining melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar.

Stir until it’s evenly moistened.

Press crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of a cheesecake pan that fits in your Instant Pot.

You can also use a small glass to press the crust in. Then, bake for about 10 minutes and let cool.

Meanwhile, prepare filling by combining pecans with white and brown sugars.

Pour in light corn syrup.

Add in beaten eggs and vanilla extract.

Stir well to combine, then add in chocolate chips and stir.

Pour filling into cooled crust.

Pour water into the insert pot of the Instant Pot.

Cover pan tightly with a paper towel and aluminum foil. Make a foil sling.

Use the foil sling to lower the pan onto the trivet in the Instant Pot. Pressure cook for 35 min.

After a natural pressure release, remove pan and discard covering.
