Brown a pound of ground beef using the Sauté function. Drain any excess grease.

Be sure to deglaze the pot by scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.

Add a package of frozen ravioli.

Top with a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce.

Sprinkle on a teaspoon each of garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.

No need to stir! Close the lid, seal the vent, and cook at high pressure for 1 minute. Allow a 5-min natural release, followed by a quick release.

After pressure has released, add 1 cup of ricotta cheese.

Gently stir in the ricotta until it melts.

Next, add a cup of freshly shredded mozzarella.

Stir that in gently, allowing it to melt. If desired, sprinkle another cup of cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
