Instant Pot Salisbury Steak
Combine ground beef, onion, garlic powder, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, coconut flour, salt and pepper in a bowl

Form into 4 large patties. Set Instant Pot to sauté, add olive oil and brown steaks on both sides

Remove steaks and set aside. Add onions and sauté. Turn off sauté, and add cremini mushrooms, heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce

Place steaks on top and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes

Allow to natural release for 10 minutes, then release leftover pressure

Serve and enjoy!
