Instant Pot Salted Caramel Apple Crumble
Peel and slice up apples. Add to a pot-in-pot dish

Stir together crumble topping

Pour 1.5 cups water into Instant Pot

Sprinkle topping on top of apples. Drizzle with caramel sauce

Cover with foil and place on a sling and lower into the pot

Pressure cook for 18 minutes with 5-10 minute natural pressure release

Scoop into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream and caramel
