Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes
Add sliced potatoes to your Instant Pot with chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes
Release pressure and transfer potatoes to an oven safe dish
With the remaining liquid, add in butter, garlic, shredded cheese, and heavy cream. Set to sauté and stir until smooth and creamy
Pour the cheese sauce over your potatoes and top with more shredded cheese
Broil in the oven for a few minutes until golden
Serve and enjoy!
