Add chopped bacon and onions to hot Instant Pot

Cool until bacon is crispy.

Pour a tiny bit of water into Instant Pot to deglaze

Toss hash browns in with the bacon grease. Salt and pepper the hash browns

Add the hash browns to a pot-in-pot dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray. Crack an egg into 5 little wells.

Salt and pepper the eggs. Pour 1 cup water into Instant Pot. Lower trivet and dish into Instant Pot

Pressure cook for 8-10 minutes for runny eggs or 15 minutes for harder eggs

Sprinkle on cheese and let melt. Scoop onto plates and enjoy
