Instant Pot Southern Collard Greens with Bacon

Collard Greens (fresh Or Bagged)
1tsp
Better Than Bouillon
1/3 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
4 strips chopped
Bacon
1/2
Onion
2 shakes
Hot Sauce
Garlic Powder
Set Instant Pot to sauté NORMAL for 15 minutes.

Add chopped bacon, cook partially. Then add chopped onion. Cook until onion is soft and bacon is done.

Add collard greens. Sauté.

Add Better Than Bouillon and 3/4 cups of water

Press cancel on IP. Add hot sauce, garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste.

Secure lid. Cook for 5 minutes on high pressure then allow a 20 minute natural release. Stir all ingredients.
