Heat 1Tbsp of olive oil on sauté mode in instant pot and add onions. Cook until lightly browned

Add cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook another minute or two

Add 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes with chilies, 1 large sweet potato, and vegetable broth

Cover and set the lid to “sealing.” Cook on manual high pressure for 9 minutes. Let natural release
