Instant Pot Strawberry Cake
Toss the chopped strawberries in all purpose flour. Place them aside.
In a large bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt
In a different bowl add sugar and almond-milk & vinegar mix.
Add flax eggs. (prepare flax eggs by mixing in flax meal & water) and mix well
Now combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Batter is almost ready.
Now fold in the strawberries and mix them gently
Ready to pour
Pour the batter into the greased Bundt pan.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Place it inside the inner pot.
Close the Instant pot lid, vent to sealing. Press cake button. And set 40 minutes.
As the time expires, press cancel and do a quick release. And remove the cake.
Let the cake cool completely. Drizzle with sugar glaze and serve!
