Instant Pot Sunday Pot Roast And Gravy
Open rump roast and cut off fat cap.

Cut into quarters

Turn to instant pot sauté setting

Press salt and pepper into meat

Add oil into pot. Place meat into pot and brown for 4 minutes on each side

Deglaze the pot with water

Add meat and bouillon into pot

Pressure cook for 60 minutes with full natural pressure release

Move meat to cutting board and turn Instant Pot to sauté setting

Whisk flour into melted butter

Stir mixture into pot and let simmer and thicken

Slice or shred meat

Serve roast with gravy
