Instant Pot Tim McGraw’s Chicken And Dumplings
Season chicken with poultry seasoning, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Pour water into Instant Pot. Place chicken into pot on top of a trivet.

Pressure cook for 6 minutes per pound of chicken

Add flour and shortening into mixing bowl

Cut shortening into flour with a pastry blender. Stir in buttermilk

Pat dough onto counter and cut into squares

Remove chicken from pot and place on a cutting board. Once cooled a bit remove meat from bones

Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting on LESS

Drop dough into liquid in Instant Pot. Let simmer

Stir in the chicken, bouillon, salt and pepper

Serve and enjoy!!
