Spread batter in a small Bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

Add 1.5 cups water into bottom of Instant Pot. Lower foil-covered cake pan into pot.

Pressure cook for 40 minutes with 10 minute natural pressure release

Check cake for doneness

Invert cake onto a plate

Whisk together the glaze

Drizzle glaze over the top. Slice and serve
