Instant Pot Vegetable Biryani
Heat oil and add cumin seeds
Saute for few seconds
Add ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds
Add all the chopped vegetables
Add turmeric, cumin, coriander and red chili powder
Add coconut milk yogurt
Add nutritional yeast
Add rinsed basmati rice
Give a good stir for an even mix
Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes
