Instant Pot Wyoming Stew
Cut beef into small cubes

Brown the beef in oil on sauté mode

Pour in 1 packet of onion soup mix

Pour in 1 cup of water and deglaze the pot

Pressure cook for 15 minutes with natural pressure release

Pour in a bag of frozen veggies

Add in a can of cream of chicken soup

Thicken with a cornstarch slurry on sauté mode

Pour into a cast iron pan or a 9x9 inch baking dish

Place uncooked biscuits on top

Bake for 15 minutes
