Instant Pot Zippy Chicken Soup
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add in oil and onion and sauté for 4 minutes

Add in 4 cups of chicken broth

Add in green pepper, potatoes, corn, spices, chicken

Pressure cook for 2 minutes

Warm up a cup of cream and whisk in a tablespoon of flour at a time

After a natural pressure release of 10 minutes move valve to venting

Stir some of the hot soup into the cream

Turn Instant Pot to sauté and stir in the cream.

When soup has thickened ladle into bowls and serve
