What you'll need
Your Body
The 1st position you will be in a table top position. Move forward and back to warm up the shoulders
In the quadruped position lift up the opposite arm and knee. Alternate & focus on engaging the core.
Get into the downward dog position and drive your hips back and through. Squeeze at the top!
A simple bear crawl. Keep the knees even with the ground and walk opposite leg and arm. Small steps!
Knees inside of arms. Reach arms out in front and let hips pop up as you bring your legs back.
Knees outside of arms. Same concept as the last movement. Focus on controlled movement!
Drive let through the opposite side and lift arm up so your body can open up. Start slow! Control!
