Add the honey, melted butter, pumpkin puree, and eggs to a bowl and whisk together.
Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt and stir.
Add the jalapeños and stir one final time.
Spoon into a muffin pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Recipe makes 6 cornbread muffins. Serve with butter, ghee, honey, or crumble over chili!
