Cut the ends off jalapeños and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roast at 400 degrees until jalapeño skin is charred
Use the Manual Food Processor to finely chop the charred jalapeños
Mix cream cheese, spices, chopped green onions, bacon, mayo, jalapeños and cheese. Mix well
Melt 1/2 stick of butter, 1 cup crushed ritz crackers and 1 cup Parmesan
Pour into 2.5 quart Everyday Rockcrok and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
