Jalapeño Poppers
Make a small cut in the jalapeño and take out the seeds and veins of the pepper.

Add half of cup of mozzarella cheese to a bowl.

Add 1/2 tbs of Paprika, Cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

I am using Colby Cheese but you can use whatever you like.

Stuff the peppers with the mozzarella cheese mixer and then the solid block of cheese.

1/2 of flour and 1 egg with 3-4 tbs of milk, mix well.

Add a cup of panko bread crumbs to the bowl.

Coat the pepper in flour then egg mixer, bread crumbs repeat this twice.

Fry the peppers in medium high heat 3 minutes on each side.

Switch sides when it’s golden brown.

It was hard to keep the bread coat mixer sticking to the pepper. But I tried so enjoy⚡️
