Japanese Brown Rice in Pressure Cooker
Ingredients : Japanese brown rice(360ml), water(400ml)
Put brown rice(360ml) in a pressure cooker, rinse quickly, and soak in water 8-12 hours.
Drain the water out, add 400ml water, close the lid and turn the heat on.
Cook over high heat, and when the weight start jiggling, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes.
Open the lid after pressure is released and stir rice gently.
