Japanese Canned Mackerel Rice
Rinse the rice and let it soak in water for 30 mins

Shred carrots and ginger, cut aburaage into strips, and chop green onion

Open the canned mackerel and drain the soup

After soaking, drain the water and add 2 cups of water

Bring to a boil on medium heat

Add seasonings and stir

Place in gradients(except green onion) on top, cover and cook for 12 mins on low heat

Turn off the heat and leave it for 10 mins

Open the lid, add green onion(forgot in this video) and stir from the bottom
