Daikon(1/3), atsuage(1 package 150g), shio koji(1 Tbsp), soy sauce(1 Tbsp), mirin(1 Tbsp).
Peel daikon(1/3) and cut into bite size pieces.

Cut atsuage(1 package about 150g) into bite size pieces.

Cook daikon and atsuage over medium heat.

Add mirin, soy sauce and shio koji(1 Tbsp for each).

Cover and simmer for 10-13 minutes over medium heat.

Open the lid, turn over and boil down for 2-3 minutes.
