Japanese Daikon(Radish) Skin Stir Fry
Ingredients : Daikon radish skin from a whole daikon, 2-3 Tbsp Shio kombu, 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
Cut daikon skin (left over when you cook daikon dish) into thin sticks.
Warm a frying pan over medium heat, put sesame oil(1 Tbsp) and stir fry daikon skin.
Add shio kombu(2-3 Tbsp).
Stir fry until tender over medium heat.
