Sauté 2 tsp Garlic in 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Add 2 Cups Rice and Sauté

Add 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

Add 2.5 Cups Water and Stir to Mix

Cover, seal and cook at High Pressure for 4 minutes with a 15 minute release
Release Steam, garnish with 1/4 cup chopped green onions, stir and serve
