Japanese Napa Cabbage Miso Stir-Fry
1/8 Napa cabbage 1/2 Green onion 1 Atsuage pinch of Salt 1 Tbsp Flour 1 Tbsp Sesame oil Miso Sauce: 2 Tbsp Miso, 2 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Sake
Prepare vegetables: Cut napa cabbage into 1 cm widths.
Prepare vegetables: Slice green onion diagonally.
Prepare atsuage: Cut Atsuage in half of the thickness and cut into strips.
Prepare atsuage: Season with salt and coat them with flour.
Pan fry Atsuage: Add sesame oil to a frying pan, cook the Atsuage on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Pan fry Atsuage: Flip them over, cook them for another couple of minutes, and then take them out to a plate.
Stir Fry vegetables: Put the white part of napa cabbage and green onion, stir fry quickly add a little water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
Stir fry vegetables: Add leaves of napa cabbage and green onion, stir fry quickly, cover and steam for another 2 minutes.
Add miso sauce: Put the atsuage back in, add the mixed miso sauce (2 Tbsp Miso, 2 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Sake), and stir.
