Japanese Style Tempeh Dry Curry

Ingredients: tempeh, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, curry powder
Peel a carrot, and cut into small pieces(chop in a food processor later)

Peel an onion, and cut into small pieces(chop in a food processor later)

Cut tempeh into small pieces(chop in a food processor later)

Chop tempeh by pulsing several time(do not make it into like a paste)

Stir fry minced garlic and ginger over low heat

Add onion and carrot then stir fry until tender

Add tempeh and stir fry

Blend all the seasoning in a small bowl, pour over, and mix
