Japanese Tamagoyaki (Tuna And Green Onion)

Ingredients: egg, canned tuna, scallion, soy milk, salt
Beat eggs, and try to cut the chunk of egg white with chopsticks(do not whip it)

Add all ingredients, give it a stir, and make an egg mixture

Heat tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, and spread oil with paper towel

1st later: pour 1/3 of the egg mixture. When the surface is almost cooked, roll it from the back

2nd layer: pour half of the egg mixture, and roll it slowly making sure the surface is not torn

3rd layer: pour the rest, and roll it slowly
