Jerk Butter Seafood Boil
Shuck and wash fresh corn. Slice in 1-2 inch chunks. Preheat oven|400°.

Wash & peel potatoes. Dice in 1 inch chunks & set aside in cold tap water.

Rinse seafood in lemon juice & cold tap water then drain. Rinse with fresh tap water then pat dry.

Drizzle with vegetable oil then add all purpose seasoning .

Salt is optional if using unsalted butter. Combine everything.

Rinse Italian sausages with cold tap water, drain & pat dry. Slice in 1 inch chunks & set aside.
Melt butter on low heat.

Add jerk seasoning and stir to combine.

Add Custom Seasoning Blend [Recipe on my YouTube], Whole Peppers, Fresh Thyme & Green Onion.

Add bay leaves, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add everything to your baking pan.

Generously spoon the delicious jerk butter over everything.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes|400 °.
Garnish with parsley, ENJOY!!
