Jerk Fish Bowl - Easy!
Spread some Grace Foods Jerk Seasoning on 400g fish (or have the kids do it!)

1/2 cup Mayo + 2-3 tbsp Grace Foods Hot Pepper sauce

Cook quinoa according to package directions (i.e and 1 cup to 2 cups broth and simmer for 20)

Fluff up when done

Add lime, cilantro and coarse pepper

Plate the fish, quinoa & some Grace Foods Lima beans and peppers. Drizzle with your spicy mayo. Yum!
