The burpee sucks. No explanation needed.
For those who have low back pain this one is for you.
It’s explosive for those who are untrained. Easily done wrong by those without a strong core.
This 1 modification actually gives you more bang for your buck than the burpee actually does.
The slower you go and the more control you use the better!!
Hopefully this helps some of y’all out there who are gonna be told to do burpees in the future. But don’t forget to ?? the person making you do them!
