Melt butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms

Keep it high heat

Sauté for a few minutes. Season with salt+ black pepper +red pepper flakes

Remove from the pan

Spread cream cheese on a tortilla

Put in the pan. Add kale+mushroom mixture over the tortilla.

Add some shreeded cheese. Cover with another tortilla

Transfer on a cutting board
