Soy milk(300g), maple syrup(30g), corn starch(10g), agar(1/2tsp), salt(pinch), vanilla extract(1tsp)
Put maple syrup(30g), corn starch(10g), agar(1/2tsp), and pinch of salt in a pot and stir.

Add soy milk(300g), cook over medium heat and stir until start boiling.

Turn off the heat, add vanilla extract(1 tsp) and stir.

Pour into a container using a tea strainer, and refrigerate for an hour.
