Karak Chai (Masala Tea)
Add the sugar to a saucepan over medium heat

Let sugar melt and caramelized then add the hot water gradually

Stir until sugar dissolves and add tea, ginger, and all the spices

Let mixture boil for 5 minutes

Add the evaporated milk

Reduce heat a little and let tea simmer 8-10 minutes until thickened slightly

Pour the tea into a teapot , straining out all the whole spices and tea leaves
