Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan.

Add 1 tbsp of National Ginger Garlic paste and fry on high flame till colour changes slightly.

Add 1 kg of chicken and fry on high flame till colour changes.

Add 2 tsp crushed red chilli, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt & 1 glass water.

Cover and cook on medium flame till oil comes on surface.

Add 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tbsp National Fenugreek leaves, 4 green chillies and 1/2 cream.

Cook on high flame for 2 minutes and serve hot with roti/naan.
