Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds to it, when they splutter add onions

When onions turn pink, add mince. Fry till all water dries up & mince is browned

Add salt, red chillies, turmeric, coriander and cumin powder

Add water and let it simmer till mince is tender

Add chopped tomatoes & stir till softened

Add yogurt & mix well. Cover and let this simmer.

Add Kasuri Meethi

Add green-chillies, ginger,coriander & spring onions

Serve with naan, roti or paratha!
