Keto Bacon & Blue Zoodles
An easy keto meal!

Add 6 slices of bacon to a large skillet and cook over medium heat until crisp.

Set bacon aside and remove bacon grease. Add olive oil and garlic.

Slice and dice tomato and add to skillet. Cook until softened.

Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add bacon.

Turn off heat. Add blue cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
