Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole
1 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
4 cups
Broccoli Florets
6 slices, cooked and crumbled
Bacon
8 ounces at room temperature
Cream Cheese
2 cloves, minced
Garlic
1 1/4 cups, divided
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup
Ranch Dressing
Heat olive oil in a skillet over med-high. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Add to the pan.

Cook 7-9 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.

Bring a med pan filled 2/3rds full with water to a boil. Add broccoli. Cover and cook 2 minutes.

Drain and add to the casserole with the chicken and half of the bacon.

Mix the cream cheese, garlic, 1 cup cheddar, and Ranch dressing in a bowl. Blend well.

Spread evenly over the casserole as best you can.

Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top.

Bake at 350F, tightly covered with foil, for 20-30 minutes.
