Marinate the beef strips in half of the marinade (ingredients in the link below).
Cook the beef strips in a large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink in the center.
Remove the beef and cook the peppers, onion, and some of the reserved marinade until tender.
In a second skillet, cook the cauliflower rice.
Serve rice, beef, & veggies with reserved marinade, avocado and cilantro. Full recipe linked below.
