Keto Biscuits & Gravy Casserole
Crumble together almond flour, baking powder, salt and butter in a bowl with a fork.

Pour in egg whites and stir until a dough forms.

Crumble and brown the sausage.

Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk.

Spread the dough in a lightly greased baking dish.

Add about 1/3 of the cooked sausage, the eggs, and shredded cheese.

Add butter and almond flour to the remaining sausage. Pour in cream and simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

Add about 3/4 of the gravy to the top of the casserole.

Bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes.

When it's done, the center should be firm and the top a bit crispy.
Serve with extra gravy on top.
