Keto Breakfast Casserole
What you'll need
4 cups
Cauliflower Rice
8 ounces, shredded
Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Eggs
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
1 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika
1/2 cup
Heavy Cream
12 ounces, cooked and crumbled
Bacon
Grease the inside of a large casserole dish and evenly add the cauliflower rice.

Top with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, and cream and evenly pour over the cauliflower.

Top with the remaining cheese and all of the bacon.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
