Add broccoli to the bowl of a food processor and pulse just a few times.

Mix broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, egg, and heavy whipping cream and spread in a baking dish.

Mix melted butter and blanched almond flour with a fork until coarse “breadcrumbs” form.

Sprinkle the almond flour crumbs evenly over the top of the prepared casserole.

Bake for 45-55 minutes or until crumbs are golden & the casserole is slightly jiggly in the center.
