What you'll need
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 ounces, peeled and deveined
3 teaspoon, divided
12 ounces cut into bite size pieces
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
12 ounces, sliced
2 cloves, minced
3, cut into strips
Peppers (red, orange or yellow)
1, cut into strips
2 ounces (about 4 tablespoons)
Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp with 1 tsp Cajun spice until opaque. Remove
Add chicken & sausage with 1 tsp Cajun spice. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Remove.
Add a drizzle of oil. Add garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add peppers & onion with 1 tsp Cajun spice.
Cook until the peppers are soft. Mix in cream. Cook 1-2 minutes. Stir back in meats. Heat through.
Serve with cauliflower rice.
