Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust
What you'll need
4 cups
Cauliflower Rice
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1/2 cup, grated
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup, shredded
Mozzarella Cheese

Egg
Cook cauliflower rice in a microwave safe bowl with plastic wrap covering all but an edge for 6 min.

Dump cauliflower onto an old kitchen towel. Let cool. Wrap it up and wring out ALL of the water.

In a bowl mix together the cauliflower, salt, basil, Parmesan, mozzarella, egg and garlic powder.

Spread the dough out onto a parchment lined stone or baking sheet 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.

Bake at 425F for 10-14 minutes or until crust is starting to brown evenly.

Top as desired then return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
