Keto Chai Muffins (Hey Keto Mama)
Add 1 & 1/2 cups almond flour to a large mixing bowl

Add 1/2 cup brown sweetener (like Brown Swerve or Golden Lakanto)

Add 1 tbsp baking powder

Add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp allspice

Add 1/2 tsp salt

Whisk together dry ingredients until well combined

Add 4 tbsp melted butter

Add 1/3 cup sour cream

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add 2 large eggs

Add optional 1 tsp espresso powder and pinch of black pepper. Mix batter until well combined

Fill 12 muffin cups with batter. Batter will be slightly thick. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400°F
