Melt 2 tbsp salted butter over medium heat.

Add 1 ounce cream cheese and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

Add 1 & 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix in quickly.

Continue to stir until cheddar is fully incorporated.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve over veggies.
