Prep the ingredients for the stir fry.

Whisk together the stock, aminos, vinegar, “brown sugar,” tomato paste, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat 1 T oil in a wok or skillet over med-high. Add chicken, salt & pepper. Cool until done through.

Remove chicken. Add 1 T oil and broccoli, green beans & pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in the ginger and garlic. Cook 30-60 seconds.

Add chicken back to the pan. Pour in the sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve as is or over cauliflower rice or zoodles.
