Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies (Hey Keto Mama)
Mix 1/2 Cup Cold Butter and 1/2 Cup Brown Swerve.
Add 1 large egg and mix until creamy.
Stir in 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and gradually add in 1 & 1/2 cups almond flour.
Fold in 1/2 cup low carb chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Form 12 cookies of about 3 Tbsp of dough each. Chill dough for 15 minutes before baking at 400°F.
After 10-12 minutes remove cookies from oven and allow to cool completely before enjoying.
Each cookie has approx. 211 calories, 1.25g Net Carbs, 4.4g Protein, 20.6g Fat
